At Walt Disney World there are numerous options on dining. When you book a Walt Disney vacation and are staying at a Walt Disney Resort Hotel, you may add any of the dining plans up to With more than 100 dining options, you may want to learn about the 3 main plans offered and if they are best suited for your group. See below each FAQ about the Dining options and the Pros and cons of each plan
Q. What is a Disney dining plan and how does it work?
A. Disney dining plans are a convenient and flexible way to enjoy meals and snacks at many of the restaurants and food service locations at Walt Disney World Resort. Dining plans are included in some Magic Your Way Vacation Packages—which also include a Resort hotel stay and theme park tickets.
Q. How do I make dining reservations for my Disney dining plan?
A. While all of our dining plans are flexible, your dining plan entitlements are only valid at select Walt Disney World restaurants and food service locations.
When you book your reservations online, you have the option to only show restaurants that participate in a Disney dining plan. Before you confirm your reservation, please double check to ensure that the location accepts your specific dining plan.
You can also call (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 and advise us that you have a dining plan. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Please note: the Disney Reservation Center is available by phone from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Q. Are gratuities included with dining plans?
A. No. Gratuities are not included with packages that include dining plans—unless otherwise indicated.
An automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. Merchandise or photo-imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experiences are also not included, except at Cinderella′s Royal Table and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.
